First of all, we have added a 25% discount until April on both versions of W&W for the GP2X, prices are now $16 $12 (~€8) for the normal version, and $24 $18 (~€12) with the sprite, so order yours now!

We have also added a new Yuan Works Development Blog, where we will be adding content at least twice a week about video-game design and development (including W&W of course!), with programming, design and sprite art documents and tutorials. Don't forget to check it out!

Hi everyone! We have great news! Wind and Water: Puzzle Battles has been chosen as a finalist in the IGF Mobile! The IGF has awarded innovation in gaming for over ten years, but for the first time, mobile and handheld games are eligible.

All the finalists will be showcasing their games in the GDC (Game Developers Conference) in February 2008, in San Francisco. Anyone going to the GDC, make sure you drop by our stand for some matches!

We have also added a new BBS where you can leave feedback, ask about anything related to W&W or just leave a comment. If you have a customized W&W sprite it will appear next to your message!

Today, August 24th, 2007 is the official release date of Wind and Water: Puzzle Battles!

Anyone who orders the game will be able to download it and play it right away! The game comes in two flavors: the regular online download game for US$16 (~€12 or ~£8), and the game plus a customized W&W-style sprite of yourself to use in the game and in your online stats for US$24 (~€18 or ~£12)!

The preorder is now closed, and we would like to thank everybody who preordered the game. Those who preordered should be receiving their login information soon!

After you purchase W&W, we will email your code in less than 24 hours. If you haven't received your code, it may be possible that your SPAM filter caught our email. Remember to add @yuanworks.com and @wind-water.net to your whitelist. If you have not yet received your code, please contact us and we will resend it.

Also, if you purchased a W&W version with the sprite, the sprite will be ready in less than three days after you send your picture. Again, if you haven't received any information about your sprite, contact us (images sometimes are caught in our SPAM filter and we don't check it too often).
