REFUNDING TERMS

This terms are between Yuan Works Co. Ltd ("Yuan Works") and the buyer from our products sold on wind-water.net ("buyer").

This terms are effective as of February 6th, 2008, and are subject to change without prior notice. Please review them before making your purchase.

Yuan Works offers a full refund for a 90-day period for buyers who CANNOT download or use our products sold on the wind-water.net website ("products"), provided that you follow the current restrictions:

1. The software is intended to be used only on the appropriate console (E.G. GP2X), and it is an e-download.

2. You have already downloaded and tried the demo of the software located in our website, tested it, and proved that it was working.

3. Your download account will be provided within three days from your purchase. Please note that we are required to wait until your purchase has been verified as valid until we can send you the login information, which is why it may be delayed. Login information for the product download has been shipped in the same or the next day in 100% of our previous sales.

4. Your login information may be catched by an email's SPAM list. Please make sure to whitelist "users@wind-water.net" so that you can receive your login information. If you have not yet received your information, please use our contact information (located below) and we will gladly help you:
